I have been going to see Dr Rachel for many years and all five of my children grew up with her (and Dr Richard Heard) taking care of their teeth. These is a wonderfully-staffed office. They work well to get you in if you are having a problem; they are all courteous and kind. I highly recommend Dr Rachel and all the staff!

You will not find a friendlier, more knowledgeable, helpful staff and family. I hadn't gone to the dentist in 20 years and now I have not missed an appointment for the simple fact they make you feel so welcome and really do care. They gave me my smile back and for that I thank them and always look forward to my next appointment!

I have been going to Victoria Family Dentistry for years and they are always very polite and helpful. They are always willing to meet your needs.
Yes I was a "Dental Dodger" but now I'm not...thanks to Dr Rachel and the incredible stall at VFD for giving me a perfect experience, from the front desk to the chair and back, No anxiety for first time in a long time as I had lost confidence with my dentist and so neglected regular care but that's all changed now. God bless Dr Rachel for her gentle touch that goes with her gentle nature..

Yesterday morning I broke off a piece of my crown and Dr. Heard and her staff were so accommodating and took of me the same day! Today they called to check on me.
The office personnel are so AWESOME and so Professional. The whole crew are very SWEET and POLITE.
