The person who works the appointment desk is very rude. She was rude to me the day I made the appointment, and was rude to my husband the day of the appointment. The office manager's name is Coy and when I called to find out how things were going, she gave me misinformation about my local dentist office (which we love) and when I called her on the lie, and said my husband had said they were rude to him, she told me that both of our perceptions of the rudeness were "in our minds". Love the Dr. But nurse was very Rude when I called to let her know my husband was allergic to pain meds they prescribed. So they are going to make him deal with it until the surgery because she will not talk to the Dr about prescribing something else. She suggested him take Benadryl with the pain meds he has. I don't think that is a solution. I guess we can pray the Benadryl helps and his throat don't swell while he's sleeping and it kills him. Great Job!
