Dr. Olshansky had been my dentist when I was a kid. I went to see her a few years ago for teeth cleaning - she took xrays and then sent me home and said they didn't have time to clean my teeth. A couple of weeks ago, I scheduled an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. I arrived 15 mins early, waited in the lobby, and then got called up (by the way, it was a 1 hour drive to the office for me) they told me they couldn't see me because the roster from my insurance was not mailed to them.
