I had a very unpleasant experience with the doctors assistant (I believe her name is Jackie) at Oceanside when attempting to book an appointment with Dr. Kendra Daniel for my high-risk pregnancy care. At the time of booking, I specifically requested a confirmation email but never received one. On February 27th, 2026 at 9:49 a.m., the assistant called me regarding a missed appointment. Wonderful doctors and great practice. They are very on top of your health needs. I feel very fortunate to have found Oceanside Health years ago. I am sympathetic to those who don’t have the privilege of having such wonderful family doctors in Victoria BC. I know I am lucky and I feel very grateful
Fantastic clinic and amazing group of women. Dr. Daniel, Dr. Cuthbertson, and Dr Doyle are all compassionate and experienced doctors. Consider yourself lucky if you can be under their care. Jacki is also a great receptionist- very friendly and good at her job. Keep up the good work ladies; Victoria is lucky to have you.
