THEY HAVE 36 COMPLAINTS FILED AGAINST THEM WITH THE OHIO ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE!!!! After seeing how they do business and being hung up on I now see why. They somehow made a $2100 car turn into a $6300 car loan and none of the numbers on any of the paperwork match. I made a review and took it down originally to give them an opportunity to fix this and they acted like children and hung up on me. After my complaint is filed they will be at 37 Complaints since 2014.
Bought a new truck from them one month in had to pay $900 dollars for brakes hardware and rotor work and still need to pay more to fix the universal joint and shaft�

I just got a Ford Edge from them today! Jaylynn was great she was very friendly. All the Finance people were great as well. They really do try to help you and work with you, And sometimes all people want is help with friendly service.
