Unprofesional, they are completely disrespectful. Catalytic converter needed changed, they took it in to change it, when it came back it had the same issue. we had this 3 times even painted it so the "mechanic" could find it. It has been several months and Rick will not answer our calls nor return them. The cars they sell come with issues they will erase the code so it comes back on after purchase. DO NOT TRUST VICTORIA MOTORS!!!

These people are not professional in any manner. We had been talking to the sales rep all day about a specific vehicle. My husband even notified them he had to get off work early to drive the hour and fifteen minutes there to test drive and look at the truck. My husband text them at 4:23 and let them know we were on our way. We show up, NO TRUCK!!! This is a shady business �

I bought my son his first car there and all the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made the process very smooth and easy for me and my son loves the car!
Didn’t even have the car long than 1 day and it was making noise. I called up to the office and I had to wait for a mechanic due to him been on vacation and when he came back he didn’t even service the vehicle. He looked at my tires and just said I needed breaks and 2 weeks after that my car was shutting down. Now my engine has been gone for about 2 months and I haven’t even had the car for 6 months.They are not trying to help get this fix and saying that it will be a repo if I return the vehicle.
