Dr. Lai was fantastic! She provided a clear description of the surgery, explained why it was necessary & explained the risks and recuperation time.
My experience with Dr. Lai was life changing due to an operation on May 1, 2025 for Parthyroidectomy. Dr. Lai’s very polite and explained the procedure so I understood what the surgery entailed. I’m very thankful to Dr. Lai for performing my surgery.
