Service appointment wasn’t great. Despite arriving 15 minutes early for my 9-am appointment that was scheduled six weeks in advance and confirmed twice, the department wasn’t able to complete the recall service in a timely manner. What should have taken 4-5 hours ended up taking over 8 hours. I ended up waiting in the lobby for over an hour at the end of the day, and my vehicle was finally ready at 5:15 pm.
