The service excellent
Quick and efficient service
Very courteous staff who are trying to be efficient however their overcrowded facility and lack of staff for the work load resulted in my car ready 3 hours later than time given to me. I can only hope their new facility in west shore will improve the overall experience.
I recently purchased a Tesla from this dealership and was extremely disappointed to find out that it did not include the Tesla USB, which means Sentry Mode and the dashcam do not work at all. These are core Tesla safety and security features, not optional extras. This was never clearly disclosed at the time of purchase, and discovering it afterward felt misleading.
