My first interaction with Victoria Hyundai was underwhelming at best. I took my vehicle into the dealership service department, it is 0900 am. I was met with a service employee, good. From here it went downhill. I clearly explained the issue with the tonneau cover release mechanism, the lefside cable snapped in half. Happy with my servicing of my Genesis EV G80! Despite the problems at their end in getting the car from me, it all worked out and they were top notch in making amends. I would happily recommend the Service team to future customers and, of course, I love the car!
Elliot is the guy to go to if you need a car . After going to multiple dealership ,i realized most of them just want to make a sale . Elliot listened to what i wanted ,my budget range and finally provided me with options that fit . Got the car about a week ago now and it has been a dream . My partner got her car from him aswell .
