**Be warned—the office staff is horrible!** I made an appointment for my son nearly a year in advance, only to be told just one week before the scheduled appointment that he could not be evaluated. Naturally, I was extremely upset and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told that a supervisor would call me back, but I never received a callback. I had a very bad experience with the office—specifically the receptionist, who showed zero empathy. They work with children and families facing major challenges every day, yet they simply don't care. I do not recommend this office. We weren't able to see the doctor, and we won't be seeing her either, because I have no intention of taking my son there again.

Dr. Victoria Ferro gave us tremendous peace of mind regarding our son’s developmental delays. Thanks to her evaluation, we now feel confident that by continuing his therapies, our son will be able to keep progressing and truly thrive.
