I'm from Florida and chose to shop here because the service was absolutely wonderful. Jimmy went out of his way to answer my many questions via text message, sometimes after work hours. He took a video of the car and drove it for me, per my request. I wanted a specific vehicle, and could have bought it in my own state as I found one in Miami. But I'm so happy I gave my business to Victoria Dodge, instead, even if it meant an extra couple hundred spent on shipping. Well worth it for the great customer service.

Brought car in to have a motor put in after a wreck. Took over 2 mos. finally got it home. it broke down. Was picked up by a wrecker service they use. Went to pick the car up and the front end was hanging off. But worst of all after trying to get someone to talk to us no one would help clarify what happened or helped in anyway to resolve this.
