My son who just turned 18 thought he was getting the truck of his dreams but he was screwed over. No his truck was not new but 2 weeks after getting it his check engine light came on and now we are finding out it will be thousands of dollars to get it fixed. When we called about this we were pretty much told you are s*** out of luck once they actually called back. Before when we were talking about buying the truck they were fast to call us all the time and return our call now nothing.

I filled out the “value my trade-in” tool on their website. I was called and told they were paying over Blue book right now because used vehicles were in demand. I sent pictures of my truck and was told they could at least do $16,300 on it, but needed me to bring it in and it could possibly be more. I contacted Victoria Dodge seriously interested in a truck that they had listed on the internet. I spoke with a sales lady the first day and she said she would get back to me with a price. After 24 hrs. and no return call I called again and was connected with a different sales lady (Vanessa). ***UPDATE*** Now they want to call and harass us for making this post!!! Even more reason to STAY AWAY!! They tell us they can definitely work with unemployment. So we have our credit ran and give them our information. We make a significant amount on unemployment, but yet they ghosted us. We had to call them 3 times for them just to tell us we need more income. STOP LYING TO PEOPLE!!!!
Fast and friendly. I didn’t intend to trade... but felt the deal was pretty good and would be a shame not to. Happy with the overall experience. Did not have to sit at the dealer all day which was a plus and very unusual.
