I had a great experience with Dr Lucas. Came for headaches and neck pain. Felt immediate relieve with treatment.
I received a bill in 2018 for treatment I had done in 2014!! Called the office to inquire why I wasn't billed earlier and the front desk person (I believe her name was Stephanie) said there was nothing due and if they had questions they'd reach out. Well, apparently the front desk person was wrong...I did have a balance due from a visit allll the way back in 2014 and for some reason they were just now getting around to billing me for it 4 YEARS LATE.
