Dig it. This place is I guess....safe, old but hip, friendly, close to everything downtown. My neighbors are all cool. Staff is casual but efficient. A down-home flair. Thumbs up.
A 4-star because NO POOL! – Oh, I really need a pool! I'm from California and EVERYONE there has a pool! Otherwise, a great place, super nice employees and the owner is a fun guy. I always feel safe and have nice neighbors too. Very close to school, about one mile to everything. Please put in a pool?
Happy Safe Renter – I'll be honest, I was asked by the management to write a review. They said to be honest and make it as good or bad as I'd like. But hey, it is indeed a great place to live....quiet, comfy, toasty warm in the winter (which I really like). Sometimes the basement scares me, but I've always been afraid of basements. For me, wonderful! – No pool, no tennis courts....but it's close to the Nat (IUPUI) so that's all ok. Management are all nice, and my little studio is home-sweet-home. I wish all apartments were operated by local families like this one. And I've never had steam heat before...but it does a really good job. I think the building is about 100 years old....but still looks so nice. In fact, it is currently decorated for Christmas. Tis the Season!

A rare treasure in Indy – I needed safe, clean, affordable....and got so much more. So convenient. I am foreign student and they are so patient with any misunderstandings. It's really like a little family here. I am so happy to come home each night. HOME!
