Staff was rude. Receptionist was always rude over the phone and nurses were the worst ever. Besides being rude and unhelpful, they constantly misinformed me and hide valuable information about my health from me. Besides, they did not approve my husband being supportive of me.
Like a few have mentioned, you really wish you didn't have to go to a gastro doctor. But when you do, it's a double win to have one as kind and empathetic as Dr Bray. Rare these days, he was absolutely on time for the appointment and took the time necessary to explain things from all perspectives. I'm not the easiest patient in the world, so I'm pleased with the care given, even at this nascent stage.
I met Dr Bray in 2007 for help with a GI problem. He is really an empathetic man. I always feel like he is so happy to see me. LOL Although I honestly would like to not have to come see him it’s a comfort knowing he’s there for me when I do need him. He is through, highly intelligent, empathetic and confident.
Dr. Sears and the staff at Digestive Health Specialists did a fine job for my first colonoscopy. Everyone on staff made me comfortable and explained everything about what to expect. All my questions were answered and the results were explained as best they could while waiting for pathology. Yes Dr. Sears was efficient in the explanation, but he answered all my questions and given that it was my first one, I had many. I won't say that I'm looking forward to coming back in 3 years, but I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
Dr Bray and associates treat me like family. No matter which office I go to, I am greeted with a smile, and this follows throughout my visits. All of my questions, concerns I have are addressed on a level that I understand, and I don't feel rushed. When Dr. Bray gives me a referral I know that I will be among the best in the field. I truly appreciate Digestive Health!!
I had a colonoscopy today. This was the second time I had the pleasure of receiving care from Dr. Sears and his wonderful team of nurses. Also, the lady at check in was as sweet as can be. I highly recommend Dr. Sears.
Dr. Sears has been my Gastroenterologist physician since 1997. I have always received excellent care from Dr. Sears as well as his entire staff. I have referred several friends & family members to Digestive Health Specialist's, & they all have been very pleased. Dr. Sears always takes plenty of time to listen to all my concerns & issues, & explains his recommended treatments & test's in detail. He never rushes through my visits, & always treats me like a friend. HIGHLY Recommended!
as far as I’m concerned Drsears is the best. He got my chrome in remission.he is very knowledgeable.just a vfery good doctor.
Dr Sears takes his time with you. He explained everything to where you can understand.
