The current property manager (Christine) does not respond promptly when contacted about serious maintenance issues. When she does respond, she makes every attempt to dismiss the renter's concerns and make the issue seem like the renter's fault until finally addressing it.
When they changed ownership the new owners didn't seem to understand on how to refund your deposit back.
