My visit with Lisa went very well. She was so kind to send someone to my apartment to make sure the door was locked after I called her. I also went to sign my new lease.
They care about the tenants. It's not the best but it's definitely not the worst either and I've never seen a roach since I've been here which is pretty important to me when looking into and living in an apartment.
I have lived here 3 months. First time in 40 years to live in an apartment and I have to say it's been a very good experience..the apartment was very clean when I moved in. It's quiet here..with little Drama..the best part of living here is Lisa..the manager. She is at the top of her game..so helpful with anything you need..very people oriented yet strictly business when needed! Can't say enough good things about her..she is the most valuable asset at Victor South..very enjoyable experience here.
Really glad that I moved to this location last year! Lisa is absolutely great! It's nice having a landlord that cares about their tenants! I love my neighbors and have gotten to be good friends with several of them! We really have each other's backs and I feel safe here! You can't find a better location near several grocery stores, the highway, gas stations, and a variety of shopping and entertainment is just down the street. this area is really upcoming and is near The Gathering Place.
