We have a new Manager here at Victor South, name of Katie (Katy?). She is the best Manager we have had in the 5 or so yrs I have been living here. She cares about us Tenants (even administered CPR on one while waiting for EMS!) enforces rules (many thanks, Katie!) and is actually making certain Maintenance is informed and shows up to fix reported issues. I stay at Victor apartment with the worst experience we've ever had in renting an apartment the manager Lisa was very unprofessional and was slow to respond to our concerns concerning maintenance issues that only happened after they changed management when she came from the corporate office the previous manager was excellent and took care of our concerns but got promoted and moved to another location and I experienced that we we had serious problems with maintenance issues that never got resolved and when we tried to pay our... read more
My visit with Lisa went very well. She was so kind to send someone to my apartment to make sure the door was locked after I called her. I also went to sign my new lease.
They care about the tenants. It's not the best but it's definitely not the worst either and I've never seen a roach since I've been here which is pretty important to me when looking into and living in an apartment.
