I had a ring prong fixed and they did a wonderful job relatively inexpensive.
Rob at Settle's is such a gift to our community. He's a super trouble-shooter whenever one of my watches stops working, taking time to explain my options and answer my questions. He's also sensitive to my budget, never promoting a more expensive solution unless that's the only remedy. Happily, he even knows how best to repair my 40-year-old watch which has sentimental value. His warm-hearted interactions with me brighten even the rainiest day!

I wanted to thank the staff for helping me design a beautiful custom ring from old jewelry my mother had bought me years ago. I had 3 pairs of earrings and a necklace and wanted the 7 similar stones as a ring I would actually wear. They nailed it and I will love and cherish my ring. My family has gone to Victor Settle for generations now and they have always been absolutely amazing. A few years we moved out of state, last month we made a trip back and I came to them to have my engagement ring made.
