They always provide great service, including free replacement of batteries for their watches. When I had trouble with another watch that I didn't buy at their store, they provided great service without trying to sell me anything new.
No other jewelry store like them. Professional, genuinely interested in helping the customer, honest, fair, excellent service, dependable, home town values, ethical, impeccable workmanship. Why would I go anywhere else?
