Family owned. Family swept. For petes sake Rich hasn't put his mop down in 51 years. Pictures to prove! Haha
My mom grew up on Victor and came here all the time. On a recent visit we decided to venture down and it was worth the trip. Family owned and the most friendly people you could ever meet. The owner greeted every single person as they entered and left the restaurant and the food was amazing.

This place is a treasure everyone should experience. Not only is the food outstanding but spending time sitting at the counter and talking with Richard, the owner, is the best part. In business at the same location since 1921. While we were there, a couple from Chicago called to make sure he would be open on Friday when they come to Detroit. We will make this a regular slot to visit.

A hidden gem -that shouldn't be hidden. The food is great, simple, coney fare. Really good coneys and great breakfast diner classics.Everything comes out fast and pipping hot. The service is top notch and friendly small town atmosphere.
Great coney dogs, great service. But I hear that breakfast is the best. We'll be back.

I'm from Nashville TN, Originally from Alpena Mi, whenever I'm back in MI in the Detroit area visiting family down in Motown this is my favorite breakfast restaurant! Great Food, Service and People at the restaurant!

Always a pleasure to stop into Red Hots. I was only there for a short time yesterday, and it had been awhile since I had been there but it only took 1 bite of coney dog to remind me why this place is high up my lunch time stops. An unique dog, restaurant and experience...... everytime.....
