We called them to work on a commercial property and we got Logan. He made he job easy, quick, and was very professional and understanding. He was really easy to work with, attentive to details and was a great problem solver. Which is awesome! He got the job done, definitely would ask for him.
I recently had a water heater installed by Victor Plumbing & Septic which I was referred by my realtor. The technicians that came over were Martin and Elbis. They gave me a 30 minute heads up call and arrived on time. The installation was completed efficiently and the area was left clean and organized. My new water heater works perfectly and I noticed an immediate improvement in water temperature and consistency. I definitely recommend them to anyone especially in the Wesley Chapel area.
We recently had our septic tank emptied by Logan from Victor Plumbing and Septic, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience. From start to finish, Logan was the definition of professionalism. He showed up on time, was courteous and respectful of our property, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Awesome Awesome and I'm gonna say it again Awesome service, the guy that came to my home was name Jesse, he was so sweet, kind, clean up after his self when the job was done and also took the time out to explain everything to me. Yes I will use this service again and I suggest u should too, but i will be asking for Jesse to do the service, he was just that good !!!!
Victor plumbing was wonderful! Logan came out and was super fast and efficient, walked us through what he was doing and made us feel very assured that our septic was in good hands. He was here and done in about an hour and left leaving or tank good as new! Will definitely be using them again in the future.
