Victor plumbing serviced our home via an Invitation Homes work order on 10/3. The tech unplugged our sprinkler system to plug something in inside our garage and did not plug it back in. Our lawn is completely dead because we just figured out that it was unplugged & I watched our cameras. Beyond that, he also left all the sediment from our older water heater in our driveway. The driveway is now stained. Leaving a job site like this is honestly so unacceptable.
Logan from Victor's Plumbing demonstrated exceptional performance in replacing the pump and emptying the septic tank at my mother's residence. He provided a comprehensive explanation of the process and meticulously executed all commitments. His professionalism and expertise are highly commendable. We had a problem with the plumbing in our home, and the company sent Martin U. to take care of it. His service was exceptional. Martin arrived right on time, thoroughly inspected everything, clearly explained what might be causing the issue, and carried out all the necessary steps until the problem was fully resolved. We are extremely pleased with the quality of Martin’s work. We 100% recommend both the company and this technician!
Victor plumbing was wonderful! Logan came out and was super fast and efficient, walked us through what he was doing and made us feel very assured that our septic was in good hands. He was here and done in about an hour and left leaving or tank good as new! Will definitely be using them again in the future.
Their tech, Martin, came to the house and right away explained what the process would be, assured us he would take care of things before he left. He investigated, came back and explained what his initial plan was, then came back in to update us again after he performed the maintenance. He was very pleasant, professional and did a wonderful job. Also, he got us back up and running (flushing lol)
