Victor plumbing serviced our home via an Invitation Homes work order on 10/3. The tech unplugged our sprinkler system to plug something in inside our garage and did not plug it back in. Our lawn is completely dead because we just figured out that it was unplugged & I watched our cameras. Beyond that, he also left all the sediment from our older water heater in our driveway. The driveway is now stained. Leaving a job site like this is honestly so unacceptable.

Our townhouse rental had a pipe leaking in the wall of the second floor and through the ceiling into the first floor. Tim arrived on time and got straight to work finding the leak. He was communicative, polite, knowledgeable and had it fixed within the hour by replacing our laundry fixtures box. His expertise and demeanor helped turn this emergency situation into one that felt more manageable. Appreciate his hard work and happily recommend!

We had a problem with the plumbing in our home, and the company sent Martin U. to take care of it. His service was exceptional. Martin arrived right on time, thoroughly inspected everything, clearly explained what might be causing the issue, and carried out all the necessary steps until the problem was fully resolved. We are extremely pleased with the quality of Martin’s work. We 100% recommend both the company and this technician!

Listen People. I woke up one morning with my downstairs bathroom overflowing into my kitchen. I was devastated. I had to get a hotel room because we couldn’t use any toilet or sink because it will overflow into the downstairs bathroom. Victors Plumbing sent out a guy name (HECTOR PINELL and his guy) and let’s just say he knew his stuff. I was having plumbing issues, and I notified Invitation Homes, who I rent through. I was quickly connected with Victor Plumbing. Lexi was wonderful in scheduling my appointment. Very courteous. I had a four hour window. They were there within the first hour. Martin was very prompt, courteous, and thorough. He answered my questions and helped me to feel at ease. He fixed whatever the blockage was, and my shower drains and toilets are working great again. A+ service. Highly recommended.
