We had a clog in our pipe from our septic tank Logan and Adrian acted professional and very personable. They lets us know what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. The two gentlemen that came the next day with the clean out hose were just as nice and professional. So sorry I forgot their names. But I hope they know who I am talking about. Logan was prompt he said he would be on my property at a certain time and he was. Logan was knowledgeable and left everything clean. I hope that now during the summer people start to service their septic systems because Logan said business was a bit slow and he was down to one job this week. This was a good business very professional and responsible, furthermore the cleaning fee for my septic tank was economically great!

We recently had our septic tank emptied by Logan from Victor Plumbing and Septic, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience. From start to finish, Logan was the definition of professionalism. He showed up on time, was courteous and respectful of our property, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Logan did a great job assessing the issue with the septic tank and gave a clear plan of action that he is recommending to the rental company. He pumped the septic tank and throughly showed me the issues. Thanks for the great work, Logan!

I am so impressed with this company. They were quick, efficient, and professional. Almost everything that had to be done as far as scheduling and the initial visit was done on Saturday and Sunday when a lot of places aren’t open. Joel was great and explained everything to me before he did it. The job was much quicker than I thought it would be too, which was a huge plus. Thank you Joel at Victor Plumbing!!!
