My son goes here because his dentist gave him a referral last year and today was this 3rd time going to Dr. Marfo. I must say that Dr. Marfo is great and honestly if it wasn't for his nurse and the only person in particular, Alana, she is AWESOME! I know I said that Dr. Marfo is great but you really have to have that special nurse that you interact well with...that it just makes the office that much better. She SO caring for my son who is disabled and has very bad gag reflex and she just knows what to do and how to make sure... read more

We received a "bill" and EOB for someone with my husbands name and DOB. I knew it was not our bill, as we do not live in the area. I called the office and attempted to explain it to the person. I also said they may want to figure it out as our insurance denied payment. She almost insisted it was our bill until I asked her to compare the member ID numbers. BINGO! Not ours. Let's see if it gets resolved.
