Dr. Hsu is a great doctor. Was sent to him a couple years ago for a neck injury that another Doctor said I may need surgery for, Dr. Hsu said no surgery. That is why I went back to him when I had a back injury but that did need surgery. He took the time to show me the MRI results and what needed to be done.
If you want the BEST then DR Hsu is the person you want to call. I had 3 back surgeries back in the 90’s in my hometown and have suffered the last three years with a pinched sciatica nerve and had excruciating pain and burning drown my left leg. My local doctors and pain management staff tried shots, burning nerve ends, PT, medical marijuana, and finally was told there was nothing else to do except implant a stimulator in my back. Great doc, really down the hearth guy!!
I had a pre- spinal surgery office visit. Dr Hsu reviewed my MRI and past history. We spent 30 minutes discussing alternatives and I reached a decision to try an epidural spine Injection instead of surgery at this time. I was impressed by the patience of Dr Hsu in explaining options and helping me understand . I never felt rushed and I am confident in the decision I reached. I recommend Dr Hsu without reservation.

My disc was bulging so badly on my sciatic nerve that I literally couldn’t even get off the couch. They got me in quickly for an MRI, and as soon as they had the results with how bad it was, Dr Hsu was able to get me a surgical time right away.
