Dr.Hsu is a very compassionate and would do the surgery again.
Dr. Hsu listens and is compassionate. He always takes the time to answer all my questions and addresses my concerns
After surgery to get rid of pain caused by spinal stenosis, all of the pain is returning. Dr. Hsu hasn't apologized for this (even in a vague, empathetic way) and keeps blaming my symptoms on other things despite all signs pointing to his surgery being a failure. Which has been confirmed by a second opinion for a doctor at a different practice. Also, of the six or so new doctors that I've seen over the last year or so, Dr. Hsu has been the hardest to reach and hardest to make appointments with in a timely manner.
Dr Hsu is AMAZING...so is his team...Dr Kevin (can't remember last name) and Jenn. When I went to Dr Hsu he diagnosed my problem and moved his schedule around in order to perform surgery asap. His compassion and caring manner helped me realize how critical my condition and surgery was scheduled in 2 weeks. It was a difficult surgery 10 screws and 2 rods but I must say I recovered quickly and have full range of motion in my neck and no pain. I had an initial visit and wait time was not extremely long. I felt Dr. HSU genuinely wanted to answer all my questions.
Dr Hsu pinpointed my problem and told me exactly what he was going to do. I had been suffering with severe spinal stenosis and put of surgery for to long. I had the surgery and the next day I was walking without pain. Thank you Dr. Hsu for giving my life quality.
Dr. Hsu is honest and he has a warm personality. He answers your questions and explains things in understable terms. He seems interested in your concerns.
He did my 4th spinal fusion and cut a nerve that made me have uncontrollable bladder and bowels. He took no responsibility for his mistake and blamed it on another doctor. If I knew I would have uncontrollable bladder and bowels for the rest of my life and become paralyzed, I would of sued. I am an intelligent, educated, active woman and because of his inability to take responsibility I will eventually be totally disabled. Dr Hsu is amazing. I lived with sciatica for over a year. Nothing worked, chiropractic care, PT, and injections, I tried it all. The pain was beginning to affect my life in all aspects. I was in constant pain when I slept and no sleeping position gave me relief. When I met with Dr. Tsu I knew he was a kind and knowledgeable doctor. He gave me options and some hope for relief.
