Left me bank rupt. Sent a virus to my email. Disguised as a financial CD. My identity was stolen after using his services. He will use his cronies to harras you in real life then denie it. I had to get a new phone number after using his services. Victor Farrugia is a crook who does not care about you or your case. He cares about taking vacation.
I have dealt with Mr. Farrugia on a case that I had, and he was very professional. Not only was he a pleasure to work with, he kept me up to date on all aspects of the case until it was resolved. He is very informative of the laws, and guided me in the right direction. I highly recommend Victor!
