Dr Victor is a great surgeon with wonderful personality. I was referred to his office by my general practitioner to restore my left droopy eye lid. The whole process was handled flawlessly by his professional team, and the result came up great. Good to know we have an excellent, caring, experienced doctor in our neighborhood.
