I had vision impairment due to sagging eye lids. Dr. Victor removed excess tissue and repaired damaged muscles. The results are amazing! Double vision and blurry eyes are gone. Dr Victor is very concerned about your eye health and works hard to improve it! I heartedly recommend Dr. Victor.

Oct 2018 I under went eye surgery to have excess skin removed from my upper eye lids. As it was affecting my vision. The surgery was non eventful. No problems arose. No scaring. Easy recovery with ice packs and rest for a couple of days. Very happy with the results. Insurance covered all but $150 Very glad I had it done. I even look 10 years younger. My vission improved to 20/16.
Dr. Victor and staff makes you feel at ease and that they are interested in your individual concerns. I feel he would take time to answer any question the patient has concerning vision. I am happy to refer him to my friends and family.

I would highly recommend Dr. Victor for eyelid surgery. I am beyond pleased with the results. My eyes look better in a natural way. Oh my goodness , "do I LOVE my Dr ? " YES ! I am just at a loss to even know where to begin. He did an eye lid lift surgery for me. Here's the thing. The day after surgery I could not tell that I had had anything done ( except for the stitches). I ran out of room so I had to delete everything else about how gentle and kind he is, and what an amazing surgeon he is. Can not believe that I have access to a dr. of that caliber right here in Sun city West.
Excellent Doctor and Surgeon. Keeps one constantly informed of process involved!
