Came in looking for information on trucks. Was greeted by Darren. He made us feel comfortable through the whole process. If you are looking for someone who knows about trucks, definitely ask for Darren.
Unethical dealership. Quotes you on a price then once you put a deposit down they increase the price. When we tried to get our deposit we had to go back three times. They said since we didn't have a receipt they would have to talk to the owner. Then on the 3rd attempt to get our refund they magically found the receipt. Scam artist at the max. Would give it a 0 if I could
just now AC stopped working in my '15 Silverado. Called numerous Chevy dealers around the area to get our truck in to be looked at and Victor Chevrolet was the only dealership that could get us in the same day we called. Others were weeks out and no budging to try to get it in sooner. Found the issue promptly plus found other issues we were unaware of. They were able to get it fixed all in a day's time plus covered under our warranty. Great experience and the service team was a pleasure to work with. Thank you!
