RecommendedWe called ahead of time to ask questions about a boat because we live in PA. Tom gave great details (good and bad) about the boat that we were calling about. He was very specific and even sent pictures so that we knew exactly what we were coming to look at. Great place to buy a boat!!
We came all the way from Fond du Lac, WI to buy our Ranger 621FS due to recommendations from 2 Ranger pro staffers. Tom, Vic and staff made our trip worthwhile. Our boat turned out awesome and is our pride and joy. We needed some follow-up when our Merc 300 Verado wasn’t running quite right. If I could leave 0 stars I would I called up to get a price on a new minn Kota trolling motor and the man that answered the phone was nothing but rude with me told me to look on bass pro shops it’s the same price that they sell them for I hope ur happy to loose my business all I needed to know was how much cash to bring by after work with tax being I was working 10 minutes from you thanks for the first impression I’ll be sure to spread the word
Tom and Vic offer a great service and sales experience. We have been back multiple times. A key item that delights customers like me is their attention to detail from a tournament fisherman's perspective. They have experience with what works and what setup tricks allow you to deal with any issues while you are on the water. The entire staff pay attention to the details tha delight the customer. We bring the boat back to the shop annually for service and that equals all of our other experiences with this organization.
