Customer service is superb! No question is too trivial for any of the staff to address. If there is a call back involved, someone WIll call! Almost unheard of in today’s business climate. Every employee we have encountered over the phone or in person, has been knowledgeable and courteous. We purchased a new Ranger bass boat and Tom, Sarah, Andy, etc. have made the entire experience wonderful. Really, can’t say enough ‘good’ about this business.

My son bought a used boat off from Vic's this spring. There ended up being some issues with the older trailer. Vic's took complete care of the problem. Just wanted to thank them for their efforts.
