Beware Vickmay Gift Certificates – You should be aware that even though Vickmay will not tell you that Gift Certificates are nonrefundable, they absolutely will not refund them. After having an argument with the Vickmay owner on the phone, I'm having to file a dispute with my credit card company even though they took my CC info over the phone and I didn't authorize the purchase. A wonderfully relazing experience – I visited Vickmay a couple times and I just love to go there and get pampered. It is a very professional, friendly environment providing a relaxing experience. They serve wine! I have never been treated rudely or had appointments pushed back, etc. They really know what they are doing, at least that's how it seems to me. Horrible Customer Service – Everytime I booked an appointment with Vickmay for eyebrows she had one of her assistance do my eyebrows and not her. I wouldn't mind going to someone else at the spa if she could keep them around long enough for my next visit.
Breath taking......... – If you haven't yet discovered this little gem of a spa, you are truly missing out. The moment you step inside, you can feel the the pressues of every day slip away as you enter this oasis of both relaxation and results driven treatments. Celestial Elegance, a Spa with a Lovely European flair – As I entered the door of this lovely spa, I was greeted with open arms, and the lovely Vickmay with her French lilt and exuberance instantly made me feel as though the red carpet was rolled out for me! Great Spa Packages – Love this place. The massages and facials have always been wonderful. The only suggestion would be to seal off the door in the adjoining rooms to cut the noise. But, wonderful people too.
Heavenly treatments – I have had both massages and facials at Vickmays and I have to say that the service was always excellent! The staff has truly turned my skin around; I spent several thousand dollars at Aesthetica MedSpa purchasing a photofacials series and microdermabrasion series (b/c i had active acne and scarring) and did not receive the results I have recieved after getting just ONE micodermabrasion treatment at Vickmays. Horrible and unresponsive customer service – My sister also received a gift certificate since her spa appointment began 30 minutes late. Since she moved away from Austin, she gave the gift certificate to me. I called 4-5 times to try to schedule an appointment with Vickmay. I even visited the spa. Each time I was to told I would get a call back. I never got called back. Finally, I made one last frustrating attempt to call them and the receptionist allowed me to schedule an appointment.
