Have had a terrible experience. My son trying to purchase his first financed vehicle, has been 2 months of providing so many documents, was given an approval for dollar amounts/year of vehicle, when texting Bailey about potential vehicles I have gotten no response, was told March 17th that she would look into it, have yet to hear back. I have asked for deposit back on the intial truck we were looking at via text twice with no response.
Unfortunately, it was a bad experience. The deal was made the day before, and I made my deposit. The next day, the manager changed the terms of the deal, which were not in my favor. I had to cancel the deal and try to get my deposit back. However, there were problems, and it took me 11 days to get my money back. I lost time, and it was mentally exhausting, so I do not recommend this place
