I am very disappointed with the service department. It appears that they diagnose issues that do not actually exist, and customers end up paying large amounts for unnecessary repairs. My F-150 began flashing the check engine light, and I brought it to Vickar Ford on 2000 Main Street the same day. I was greeted politely, and the staff were friendly. The dealership was family friendly - we brought our 1-year-old there twice and spent many hours. The sales staff (Sobhan and Uday) were patient, courteous, and very responsive with communication (text and call). They were eager to keep us as customers by offering a fair price. A couple of points of our experience (financing and delivery) could have been smoother, but the sales staff were quick to apologize, own the mistake, and offer compensation. We would definitely shop here again!
