The sales person who I dealt with ( Prince Brar) was very helpful, as I couldn’t come in to talk we would text back and forth which was very helpful for me because of work. And picking up my new truck was fantastic as I was treated very well. I would recommend anyone looking for a ford to go see Prince at Vickar Ford, he will treat you like family as he went beyond my expectations.
That manager Uday is absolutely horrible with customers. This guy has zero manners and talks like he owns the place. You can clearly tell he judges people by skin colour it’s disgusting and unacceptable. Respect should come before any sale, but he acts like he’s doing you a favour even talking to you. His attitude is through the roof rude, arrogant, and totally unprofessional. Honestly, someone like that shouldn’t be dealing with the public at all.His attitude is off the charts, seriously the worst I’ve seen in a while.
I was at the dealership buying a car when the boss a big heavy guy said something racist to an Indian worker. He yelled that the guy wasn’t working because he was watching goat videos on his phone. We left. I told my salesman I was mad. Later some manager named Dave said that guy always makes jokes like that. Can’t believe they still let someone like that work there in 2025. So messed up.
Best Ford Dealership in Winnipeg. I got the best sales price and finance rate at Vickar Ford and I had been to all the dealerahips in the city. Rahul, Tanya and Uday were excellent in sales & finance meeting all my needs and going above and beyond to accomodate my specifications on the vehicle.
