Make sure if you buy a vehicle from this place that it has already been through a safety. Nothing but issues after we signed purchase documents. Was also told vehicle was going to be detail and was delivered sooo dirty. When insuring it the agent also said there finance manager they spoke with was very rude. Advised all to be very careful before you think about purchasing a vehicle from VICKER FORD…
Not everything always goes as planned. What matters most to me is how people respond when things don’t work out. My truck purchase experience wasn’t perfect; but when I clearly and calmly stated my concerns, the team at Vickar responded very well. Also important to note…I bought my truck here because the service team has treated us so well with my spouse’s car!
My experience at Vickar Ford was great. From the sales associate, sales manager, and all the way to the finance manager. Jaden, Uday, and James was able to get me approved to purchase my first car with little credit history. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
