I was very happy with the sales experience and love my new Bronco Sport! Kay Vee is so patient and kind and was able to get me a vehicle within my budget. I love Natasha too!! These two sold me a car during a tornado!! For real!!!
I'm not one to over inflate things and let's be honest, this was an in and out kind of activity. Nothing spectacular nor exceptional to make note of .... I knew what service I wanted, had it done, made the appropriate transaction and departed. Was I satisfied .... Yes .... if I'd not received what I expected (ie. pleasant service) I would have departed and gone elsewhere.
