Seems like things are getting back to 'normal'. Currently, awful. I can not get the office to contact a medical supply company that they recommend! There is a prior authorization required which I am assured that they are working on it and going to expedite the process. Even when I am WILLING TO PAY full price for the product they are dragging their feet. MONTHS we are talking about. It's a good thing that my life is not depending on this! Awful.

I actually went to Dr. Kristoff Kundos' office to ask a question. He's my neurologist.i had a slight issue with my pharmacy not having a refill on file..and my doctors office said it would be taken care of and I ended up having to call the "after hours" dr on call and he sent me a temp prescription until my drs office figured out the problem. Dr.Steinburg I believe.
He told me i had anxiety and stress due to losing a loved one. I was not crazy. After pill after pill no change i kept going to elsewhere. I was dx w Multiple Sclerosis. He was wrong. I was 33. I stopped seeing him and now see Dr Thorpe in his same office and she is beyond amazing. Wish i could review her. I would give her 6 stars.
