Great apartments! I lived here for 3 years and loved my experience. The management and maintenance staff is very professional and helpful! I had issues with the washer/dryer when I moved in and it took a month to replace- they arranged with a company to pick up and do my laundry. I couldn’t have asked for a better service! Also, the location is great- close to downtown/campus. I highly recommend this property! Thank you Vicinato!

My experience at the Vicinato ended in disappointment. Over the past two years, the best part about my stay was the maintenance staff. They were timely and friendly at all times. I do believe the disappointment can be associated with the rent hikes and the new property manager. The apartments themselves look nice but are made from the cheap materials making things more fragile. I enjoyed my time living in the apartment. However, I was very disappointed when the management shared that our rent increase would go up over $130 monthly if we wanted to stay another year. I wish they would have told us much earlier in the year, as it felt like they were waiting until the last minute to share this information. If we had known sooner, we would not be dealing with searching for a new apartment at a time that they are already very much picked over.
