i gave them a chance 3 times..all 3 times, their people did a poor horrendous job, their standard of cleaning is leaving everything half way done,I had to re clean the floors, appliances were left with food on it,,dirty glasses on the shelves, towels were folded wet.. i will not recommend their services at all

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service on behalf of Vice City Cleaning. They were unable to provide a female crew to clean my home as I had requested several times. They booked a male team and I was forced to cancel passed 5pm the day prior to the service appointment as they were not replying to my various emails. I still have not received a response on their behalf and it has been over one week. I have also left a voice mail and they have yet to respond to this either. Today was my first cleaning. Communication about the appointment time was such a big positive, and payment online was nice. The crew arrived, were extremely polite, and they did an amazing job. I've had bad experiences with other services, but I have no worries having this crew in my home. As a result, I'm going to bi-weekly service (likely moving to weekly). Very impressed with the service from the management and the cleaning team.
