We absolutely love Vic West Pet Hospital. When our 12 year old boxer wasnt doing well they prepared us for what to expect for her last months. Once the time came for her to cross over, the Dr came to our house and was so supportive and amazing during one of the most difficult times. We appreciate all of the staff and their care and understanding.

My room mates' cat needed to be seen for a suspected URI. It didn't justify an emergency room visit but my 2 other vets were booked solid for weeks. When I called, they thankfully squeezed me in an hour later, even though I wasn't a client there before. They had me wait in the parking lot and call to come through a special room that has outside access in case it was contagious. After 20 minutes of my scheduled appt I still hadn't been brought in. I am very grateful for the care Aspen received. I truly appreciate that Vic West Pet Hospital was able to see him so quickly and in such a straightforward way. The entire team was compassionate, empathetic, and kind. Aspen is already showing improvement, and we are very thankful that his health issue is being addressed.
