I always have a good experience here, Jasper has been at this place since he was 10 weeks old. He never has a bad experience. Comes home normal and seems to love going in there to see the front desk staff all the time. We always recommend this place to every pet parent we meet and ask us where we go. We have always had are needs and health care taken care of here. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with Jasper healthcare. She was patient, kind, and never made us feel pressured into purchasing additional products or services, which we really appreciated. Her calm and compassionate approach stood out. While we did have a good experience with Dr. Victoria Rudd, I did have some concerns around treatment communication, appointment flow, and the overall organization during the visit. An amazing team of caretakers, from the friendly front desk who are always accommodating to vet techs and surgical staff who are very sweet and attending to my giant’s needs. Dr. Rudd, a huge amount of respect and gratitude for always meeting Winston (my St Bernard) with an open heart, understanding and calmness. Your presence and gentle demeanour makes him feel safe.
