We (the family) have mixed feelings about Vibra. Mom doesn't seem to be stronger or better off after her 2-wk stay. Perhaps our expectations were too high. Almost everyone who works there is competent, kind, and does their job but some were better than others. Our biggest problem was with a nurse practitioner who just wouldn't listen and then left the room without a word because she was wrong about something. Not very professional behavior. If you want your family member to lay in soiled sheets. Tell you the wound is better. Then when an outside Doctor comes in, they tell him theres no improvement. The only ones who showed compassion was a respiratory therapist and maintenance man. NOT A SINGLE PERSON CAN TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR WRONG ACTIONS.
