This is one of the worst long care facility anyone could be admitted to. The care they give is horrible! If you are not there with your loved one they are left unattended, their room is not cleaned. They send you out for a procedure knowing you are currently on blood thinners. What’s the outcome of being on blood thinners and having a procedure done that consist of being cut. God has a reason for everything. My daughter is at Vibra. You should be rated as one of the top hospitals. Everyone from the doctors to staff-even the house keepers. All I have seen around my child is love. I’m so thankful for this hospital.

I’ve been at Vibra in Richmond about three weeks. I came in in a daze but after settling in the staff was nice and very patient with me. Rehab therapy was minimal but effective.

Overall, our experience at Vibra to date has been wonderful. Everyone from the attentive and excellent RNs and Ward Clerks to the maintenance, housekeeping and cafeteria staff has been courteous, kind and caring. After a few little glitches upon first arriving, we have settled into excellent care. Even my sister’s visitors have commented positively. Thank goodness we had this option.

A friend of mine was admitted to Vibra and from day one the family was told they would have a meeting in several days to discuss her care. A week went by and they had to ask them about when they were going to have the meeting. Finally happened. The security staff was very friendly and polite as for the nurses they never spoke unless you spoke to them. They acted like they hated there job and the care also showed that. I went to see her several times and had to ask them to please suction her tracheae as the liquid was running... read more
