This place charmed me right away. The common area is downright adorable—super welcoming, always buzzing with little social moments, a free coffee, tea or filtered water, like they knew I’d need constant hydration to keep up with the youthful crowd. We stayed here for a few nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. The energy is amazing — you walk in and instantly feel part of the crew. The staff are absolute legends, always smiling and getting everyone talking, and making karaoke parties! The location couldn’t be better — right in the middle of Hollywood. Loved the vibe for the cost! I came in for WeHo Pride and I was super impressed by the vibe, the cost, the amenities, and the proximity to things in walking distance. No complaints about the room either. I will definitely be back and recommend it to my friends.
This place was a complete letdown. I stayed for two nights, and both the room and bathroom were noticeably dirty-clearly not properly cleaned. To make things worse, one of the staff-a tall man with long hair- was incredibly rude and dismissive, making the stay even more unpleasant. I asked to cancel and book somewhere else, but they refused to issue a refund. Unprofessional, unhygienic, and unfriendly. I regret booking this place and would strongly warn otherstoAVOID IT.
