Not happy with their services or communication. My father was left in horrible pain for several days and we was told to give him Tylenol with no relief. NO HOSPICE patient should be in discomfort. Then he was bounced in and out of a nursing home 5 days in, then 4-5 days home then back .etc (At the nursing home he was found with the call light wrapped around his neck, the dresser drawers were filthy, and if you're not able to drink or eat yourself, it's not happening). ..This process of being bounced back and forth needs to b... read more
I had an interview scheduled with this company. I was emailing with an employee from HR. The day of the phone interview, I get a generic email from HR stating that the position had been filled. I forwarded this message to the person I had been corresponding with and asked if the interview was canceled. I received no response. If this is how they conduct business I would be leery of how they communicate with family members and patients. Very unprofessional.
Fired and went with another company that cared and ACTUALLY responded to concerns
The staff is all very kind and caring. My mother’s needs are met and they are good at instructing us (her family) how to care for her between visits. We had them for 3 months and I’m just about to call them in again.
