Partnership with viaquest at Sugarfork Crossing is a great experience. They show love and compassion to all the residents, not just the ones they service.
Not happy with their services or communication. My father was left in horrible pain for several days and we was told to give him Tylenol with no relief. NO HOSPICE patient should be in discomfort. Then he was bounced in and out of a nursing home 5 days in, then 4-5 days home then back .etc (At the nursing home he was found with the call light wrapped around his neck, the dresser drawers were filthy, and if you're not able to drink or eat yourself, it's not happening). ..This process of being bounced back and forth needs to b... read more
