I have used Rafael Viana multiple times at both my own and at a rental property. He and his staff did a variety of things such as hang heavy duty garage racks, fix some electrical switches, earthquake proof a water heater, etc. etc. He was absolutely fantastic, did high quality work, and was easy to work with. We have been very satisfied. He charges by the hour and the time he spent on each job was very fair involving diligent and skilled work the whole time.
I needed a double wooden gate installed in my driveway and after some searching I decided to use Viana's services. Their pricing was very reasonable. Rafael was responsive and on time with the estimation and installation. Rafael and his team did an amazing job; their workmanship is top notch. I'm very happy with the quality of the work. Highly recommend them and definitely use them again for future projects.
These guys did a poor job on my tile, and charged me hundreds for some really small jobs(turning screws under 2 minutes). Do not use these guys as the work is poor, and they are scavenger low lives.
Rafael has done several jobs for us and we have been pleased with all of them. He has painted our home, put up a new fence, and relaid tile to name a few. We have appreciated his willingness to do whatever we need done and usually can work when we need him. His prices are also very reasonable. We'll definitely continue to use his services!
