I had an excellent experience with Viamar. John was extremely patient and professional, replying to all of my inquiries (well over 50 emails) with detailed responses over the course of a year before my shipment. The service was very personal and reassuring. The pickup was done directly from my residence, and the packing and shipping to Switzerland were handled with great care. Viamar was in charge of our move from Calgary to Spain. To say that the service was excellent is an understatement. Everything happened how they said it would happen, when they said it would happen. Everyone involved was nice, kind and clearly knew what they were doing. All our items arrived in perfect condition. It was fast, it was easy, it was stress free. I can't reccomend them enough!
