The Ol' bait and switch. Called yesterday, went today and oh wouldn't you know it? It just sold! Then they try to push another piece of junk on you. What ever you think you've found from them, do not believe it. I highly recommend staying away from this dealership.

We really apologize for the incontinence, but we operate on a first come first serve system unless a over the phone appointment is made. The customer called in and said they were not sure when they would like to come in, but are interested. We never heard back from them, until they showed up at requested to see the car. I travel 400 miles to see the car. Unfortunately, pictures of the car were misleading. The salesman stated car was clean and in great shape with the exception of the front bumper. Overall, it was in terrible condition. There were scratches on the dashboard, chunks of bumper cover (front and rear) missing or damaged, panels missing from the interior of the car, cigarette holes in the seats, fluid all over the head liner. This gentleman came 400 miles to lowball us on the price, if you come to look at a car for that is listed 5k, please do not offer 2k for a 2011 car with 85k miles and proceed to get upset when we refuse. We went down a reasonable amount of 4600, detailed pictures for of the car were posted, there is not one cigarette burn or fluid in sight. Drove two hours on Sat morning to see the car, arriving about 1/2 hour before they opened, only to find it not there. Called them to see where it was and was told it was still available, but would not be back on the lot until Mon. Later I received an email telling me that it was not available, and had already been sold.
Quick response
Very poor business practice. I tried asking questions before I made a trip to the lot, and the salesman was in a hurry to hang up. Every time I tried to ask, he was saying goodbye. I finally gave up and decided not to deal with them if they weren't interested in answering questions.
