The 2006 vech. Highlander hybrid is on CG for NOW 124 days when I found it 8:00 pm 10/17/19. We set up a meeting for the next morning. Next morn, No answer when I called ( 9:00 am 10 am, 11 am) . Then the Dealer ( Jay ) said it was JUST sold. Funny how that is. So he sends me a pic of another vech. go to see this Vexch. And wouldn't you Know . You guessed it. NOT AVAIL. I will be selling my stock on monday His reviews are inline with my experience. :(

Customer called and wanted to meet in a high school parking lot (davidson high school) after office hours. we informed the customer that we have an office where he can come test drive and he can take the car for inspection if needed to his mechanic. Was a good dealing with car dealer. Ended up buying car . Was very helpful working with my credit union and I to purchase the car . Car was washed and clean ready to show. Would buy from again.
Bad/rude customer service. When asked for a test drive, he needed to know how I planned on paying for the vehicle which has nothing to do getting a test drive, therefore I took my business elsewhere a purchased my new vehicle.

Sorry about the confusion, that day our financing system was down, we just asked about payment method so we could advise the customer that if she chose to go that direction it might day an extra day, it was not meant to be taken personally
Good communications, just couldn't reach a deal.
Very disappointed, drove all the way from Missouri, negotiated a price with Jay and when I got there it was a whole different ballgame. He first assumed that since I was a woman I didn't know anything about cars, so he pressed to lie and lie some more, finally I snapped on him told him I recorded the agree on my phone and than he decided to tell me if I don't let him hear the recording he won't sell me the car, that's when things hit fan I went off and told him I know way more about cars than he would ever know and he didn't... read more
My husband and i went to Columbus from Pittsburgh to purchase my car and we had a wonderful experience. Jay & Jay were awesome!! When we drove my new Murano, it had a small problem in the front end, but it was something that they were able to fix and i am very happy. They are professionals and good business men.
