Terrible. The man never greeted me I walked in . I finally walked towards him and said pedicure? He never gave a reply . he started running water In a spa , so I picked out my color and got n the chair. He didn't cut the potentially ingrown toe nails per my request when I walked in ( which I didn't get a reply to when I asked if he cud do it or not). Which was one of the .main reasons I went in. If I could give 0.... that's what it would be!! You guys know exactly what you did, and from what I've been reading you do it to a lot of other ppl as well... you lost my business.... little advice for the future if you want to stay open, I would start listening to what your customers want. Honestly think the job you get depends on their moods!
busy, but that's because they're the best in Lincoln. my nails are very cute and so is my moms pedi! so much better than my last visit to a nail salon!
By far the worst Pedi I've ever had. My feet don't look or feel any different than they did before they started. After waiting over a half hour in the chair. Then the lady said nothing. When she was done and just walked away. So not worth the money. I will stick with DJ nails.
I had a great experience at VI Nails! Ive already made my next appointment.
Yet another bad experience today. I walked in and the lady told me 30 minutes top, which was at 1:30. I am still here waiting. There have been people even going before me. After today, I will not be coming back here unless it is my last resort. They have lost my service this time.
