I have gone here for about 5 yrs. I was told that I’m a shaky persononThey talk in their language and finally was told by this rude dirty man that I was too shaky and was not going to do my nails ever again. I said that no one ever complained before and he said they are just not telling you. I think it is rude to talk in a different language, especially when it’s about me! I thought I was a good customer but it obviously didn’t matter. If could I would not give them any stars. That place could use a good cleaning too
Just got a full set Friday and they are already starting to lift at the edges on multiple fingers! Put powder or painted over cuticle so the immediately started to lift or peel off! The to top it off, older guy got me with the drill so many times! Also never cleaned out underneath my nails!
Had a fill done here, they were very rude on helping me find the color i was trying to match, and then when he started to take the shellac off with the dremel tool, he did it too much in one spot and put a hole in my nail! Terrible service, and poorly looking manicure. Less than a week after having my nails done the clear coat was already chipping off. Not worth the $30 i spent to have it done. I will continue to go to my regular place in Springfield and never go back to VI nails. It was a last resort place on a short notice... read more
My first experience here 2 months ago wasn't the best, but I decided to give it another chance. Everyone was really rude, the girl who was doing my fill kept hitting my skin with the tools, I look like I'm burnt, causing my fingers to be sore today. To add, my fill looks absolutely terrible, I asked for a trim down, every nail is slanted and sharp, the Shellac is supposed to be a dark grey, but she put it on so thin, you can see the acrylic under.
