They called about 21 minutes before my appointment and Cancel it. i was getting a shot do to short staffing. 05/30/25
I have some real concerns regarding this clinic. My wife showed up a few minutes late last week. The worker was unwilling to allow her to keep that appointment, and rescheduled for a week later. My wife thought the appointment was at 3:30, but apparently it was at 3:20. Her showing up at 3:25 negated her ability to be seen. How in the world do you turn people away? Especially in a clinic that handles working class people, many of a lower socioeconomic demographic? Not to mention that she would have had to have waited anyway,... read more
