We bought our camper here last September. We have to have a few things fixed on it and live over 2 hours away. There customers service and service department are above and beyond.
we bought our coach from them 20 yrs ago and now came back to purchase a trailer. Have worked with them over 20 yrs now and have NEVER had a complaint. They truly are the best in sales and services. when you buy from them you are not just a number you become family. A+
Picked up our new camper in April and it is yet again back in the shop for items to be fixed! This is the 3rd or 4th time we have hauled it back and forth for something to be fixed!! This is ridiculous! Just feel like they should step up their customer service! We are about to give the camper back!
Great customer service, excellent technicians. Fresh coffee, comfy chairs, and free WiFi! We were in and out in 2 hours.
Easy to use website and excellent service
They fixed my broken slide out in 1 day...in late June. I don’t know if they’re always this quick, but I needed it by the 4th of July week, and they delivered. And everyone in service was very nice. I will easily do business there again.
