RecommendedI needed to get my wheel bearings repacked before a trip in four days. They fit me into their schedule, and they also got me the new tires I needed. They were so helpful and affordable. I can’t recommend their service dept enough! Dwayne was great!

My husband and I bought a used trailer from Veurinks and paid the $500 to have them inspect it to make sure that ALL appliances were in working order and any leaks fixed. They told us, in writing, that the hot water heater worked and all leaks were addressed. Unfortunately, for us, the hot water heater did not work at all. In Fact, the on/off switch was stuck in on position and heat element was dead , confirmed by a second paid inspection from a different company. This told us this was never looked at as stated. We had such a great experience at Veurink’s RV Center when trading in our hybrid. It was so easy to do and fast. We worked specifically with Jason who was very helpful throughout the whole process. He didn’t push us at all in making a decision on a camper. He was honest, informative, and great at communicating. The whole crew was flexible in appointment times and rushed to get our new camper ready to take the same day. We will definitely be going back in the future! Thank you!

Tried to get a freshwater water pump for my camper was told cause my camper was so old that I needed to contact a salvage place to get a pump. pumps are universal as far as water pumps go. I said that to her and she ask me to call back with the pump information gave me her direct line 616-965-9617. I have called 4 time left 2 voicemails and still no response after two days of calling.
