Kudos to Tom Wood and his whole staff of service writers and technicians. Our problem began 1,500 miles away when our slide topper and a tree had a mixup. We fulltime and I knew that 2 1/2 months later we would be in Michigan so I looked for a canopy service center for the Carefree brand. Fortunately I found these folks. I decided to purchase a new trailer from these guys, and when I came to take delivery it was not that trailer I had looked at. My sales man told me that they all had the same MSRP so he just picked one off the list instead of just putting down the information on the one that I had walked through and picked out. I had to take two days off work to make the hr and half trip up to drop off and pick up the trailer to get the paint protection done to it.
