This organization lives and works day in and day out following their Mission, Vision and Values. They give the best to their residents and employees. They follow regulations to a “T” and ensure they are compliant to maintain their certifications, but mostly so they can provide the best care to their residents and families. I miss working for them and would apply again if I lived closer to any of their facilities.

A company is only as strong as its weakest link. A Nursing facility that is run by bullying and discrimination towards its disabled employees, is a very weak link. The facilities administrator at Brookstone Acres in Columbus told an employee of that facility that she(the employee) was not there to help the residents of that facility. I spent 2 weeks at Brookstone Village in Omaha for rehab following Total Knee Replacement. I can't imagine having a better experience in any facility for my situation. Every nurse, CNA, Therapist, and all their associates, were courteous and always helpful. Their team efforts got me off to an excellent start in getting full benefit of my new knee. (4 stars instead of 5 because I really did not like my bed!!)
